I co-founded LocumAid out of a desire to bring a more personal approach to healthcare staffing. Throughout my clinical career, including my own experience working locum assignments, I saw how easily staffing can become transactional — even though healthcare works best when teams know and trust one another.

I’ve always believed that strong patient care begins with strong professional relationships. At LocumAid, we focus on supporting care teams through dependable clinical partnerships built on trust, communication, and long-term collaboration between clinicians and healthcare facilities.

My greatest motivation is my family — my wife, Lauren and our son, Shepherd. LocumAid reflects the values most important to me: personal connection, honesty, and relationships that last. I’m grateful to build this company alongside a longtime friend and provider who shares the same commitment to doing things the right way.

I joined LocumAid because I believe healthcare staffing should feel less transactional and a lot more human. After years working in healthcare operations and clinical research, I’ve spent much of my career behind the scenes building processes, managing complex timelines, solving problems, and bringing people and teams together to get things done.

My background in clinical research and study start-up taught me that successful operations come down to the details. It’s about anticipating problems, communicating clearly, and creating processes that make it easier for people to do their jobs well. At LocumAid, my focus is on building the systems and structure that allow us to grow while maintaining the personal experience that sets us apart.

What I love most about LocumAid is that we’re building something from the ground up. We have the opportunity to do things differently—to create a company where relationships matter, communication is valued, and doing the right thing is more important than simply doing things the fastest way.

Outside of LocumAid, I’m a wife and mom of three, and my family is my biggest motivation. They keep me grounded and remind me that no matter what you’re building, the people you’re building it for are what matter most.
